Exceptionally comfortable beds, a minibar, satellite TV, and central heating in the room. Amazing location in a good area adjacent to the other restaurant and on-coming trucks and the former winery. A great selection of food options within easy walking distance of the venue.

Very friendly and attentive staff, needed a secure garage for my car as I had a lot of valuables. Owner let me have use of his own personal garage.Left without paying on departure as the card reader was on the blink, but no hassle owner was very trusting.
no Garage

A most interesting, classy and newly-opened hotel, converted from part of a winery in a small village. The rooms are good. The restaurant top class!

Excellent hotel which makes you feel at home. The restaurant is a bit too high class if you travel with small kids, but in general excellent.
Breakfast is rather small

The staff at this breathtaking hotel were jaw-droppingly friendly, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. The wide and comfortable beds were mind-blowingly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's museum was awe-inspiring, with an impressive temporary exhibit about Charles Rennie Mackintosh that was packed with surprising information. The impromptu tour of the hotel's wine cellars was a super fun and exclusive experience. With its pleasantly quirky ambiance and stunning countryside views, this hotel is definitely one for the bucket list. The wine tasting was a highlight, thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly staff. The beautiful location and stunning rooms, coupled with the helpful reception staff, made our stay truly unforgettable. Plus, they were great with our little dog!

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel, with its beautiful furniture and cozy atmosphere. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for a senior like me to navigate around. The hotel also had great accessibility features, such as handrails and ramps, which made it convenient for seniors like me to move around without any issues.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and understanding of our needs. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were a bit distracted and didn't give us the level of attention we deserved.
